So, what is depression? An illness that affects the whole body and thoughts is called depression. The way you eat, sleep and the way you ponder things will be affected.
One cannot get a hold of himself or herself during depression, nor will it away with a strong will. But the good thing is that one can be treated to overcome any depressions, even though those depressions have been plaguing for many years.
