Understanding Detoxification

Because there are so many chemicals used in our foods and personal care products, and found in our environment, body cleansing has become needed in our 21st century world. If you’ve never heard of body cleansing, it’s simply a way to cleanse your body internally to remove the bacteria, chemicals and other toxins that have become common in our blood today.

Deep body cleansing often includes colon and liver cleansing, and it done with enemas or colonics, including coffee enemas. These methods offer tremendous benefits, which can include the elimination of disease. Disease is often removed with deep cleansing because chemicals and toxins in the body are often the underlying cause of disease, although they often go unrecognized as the cause.

However, many people aren’t familiar with cleansing and don’t understand how the body works when it is cleansing itself. One of the most misunderstood components of cleansing is often detox symptoms.

This is the case because when you are experiencing detox symptoms, it can feel like you’re getting sick, even though you’re on the path to health.

Detox symptoms take place because when the body cleansing itself, the poison need to leave their hiding places in your fat and organ and enter the blood before they can leave your body. However, when poisons are in the blood, it is common for people to feel sick. In a nutshell, this is exactly what detoxification symptoms are and why they occur, and they can be anything from headaches, muscle aches, to a runny nose, and more.

So while detoxification symptoms can make it feel like you’re getting sick when you’re detoxifying your body, you’re actually on the road to health by removing those poisons. So, if you’re not feeling well with cleansing, remember that it’s often because those poison are temporarily in your blood.

In fact, as you begin to understand what detoxification symptoms are, you may begin to understand disease in a different way – because what we generally consider to be the symptoms of disease are often just signs that the body is attempting to detoxify itself. And when you understand what your body needs, you can help your body along instead of taking drugs that often hinder the detoxification process.
