Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be hypnotized? This would seem at first to be relaxing. Has the idea of self hypnosis ever crossed your mind? Self-hypnosis is when you hypnotize yourself. This means there are no fancy doctor’s visits and no expensive bills to pay. Certain individuals get enjoyment out of doing self-hypnosis. First go to a place where you have privacy and you will not be bothered. The place you choose to go to must put you at ease and must make you very comfortable. They don’t need a single distractions. Next, let go of every thought other than relaxing. These can include thoughts of work, the kids, your spouse, money, etc. Release all of them.
